Germany Takes Team Win in Under-25 Competition at Aachen
Germany nabbed victory in dressage in the Under-25 competition being held in Aachen, Germany. The team of Lisette Ahrens, Charlotte Rehborn and Nadine Kraft earned a score of 78.34. Olympic Results Moves Some Dressage Riders Up in World Rankings
(FEI) -With the Olympics at an end, the FEI has calculated the latest dressage rankings. Adelinde Cornelissen and Parzival remain at the top. Several Olympic pairs moved up, including Charlotte Dujarding and Valegro, who went from fourth in the rankings to number two. Victoria Max-Theurer and Augustin OLD moved from 12th to 8th place and Germany's pair of Kristina Sprehe and Desperados moved from 11th place to 5th place. Great Britain Came Out on Top in Olympic Medal Count
With the Olympic equestrian battle now ended, the final medal count put Great Britain, the host nation, at the top of the medal list. Britain earned a total of five medals, three of them gold. Coming in second in the medal count was Germany with a total of four medals. Olympics 2012 – Dujardin and Valegro Take Gold in Individual Dressage
(London 2012) - British Dressage star Charlotte Dujardin won her second gold medal of London 2012 when she was crowned Olympic Individual champion at Greenwich Park today. The 27-year-old was the last rider to go, and she broke her third Olympic record of London 2012 by scoring 90.089 per cent. Statement from FEI Secretary General on disqualification of Canadian horse Victor

Farouche Proves Invincible at FEI World Breeding Championships for Young Dressage Horses 2012

Great Britain Takes Olympic Jumping Gold in Two-way Showdown Thriller
(FEI by Louise Parkes) - There were ecstatic scenes in Greenwich Park this afternoon when Great Britain ended a 60-year drought to claim Jumping team gold for only the second time in the history of the Olympic Games. They had to battle all the way, and it came down to a two-way jump-off against The Netherlands, but Nick Skelton, Peter Charles, Ben Maher and Scott Brash triumphed in the finest style and, to put the icing on the cake, they did it on home soil.
