Megan plans to use the scholarship to help with expenses related to Part 2 of the USDF ‘L’ Program. Her long-term goals as a rider are to train her personal horse, Valabri, through the FEI levels and to become a great teacher and instructor

for her students. “I am thrilled to receive this grant from The Dressage Foundation,” Megan says. “This will help me to complete the USDF ‘L’ Program and take my education, for myself and my students, to another level! Thank you for your generous support.”

Matthew will be using his scholarship for lessons with Olympian Michael Poulin at Pineland Farm, with the goal of bringing his Percheron Cross to Grand Prix. A Touch of Grace, or Gracie, is owned and ridden by Matthew at Prix St. Georges. “I am very appreciative of The Dressage Foundation and Renee Isler’s generosity and dedication to the sport,” Matthew said. “This grant is providing me with an opportunity I wouldn’t normally have. I’m confident that with Michael Poulin’s stern but fair approach, my mare and I will make tremendous progress.”

Grants are available for young riders, adult amateurs, and professionals through the Renee Isler Dressage Support Fund. For more information about this Fund, visit www.dressagefoundation.org or contact Jenny Johnson at (402)434-8585 or jenny@dressagefoundation.org.
