Team New Zealand Takes the Lead in FEI World Dressage Challenge World Team Rankings

NZL has officially taken the lead in the FEI World Dressage Challenge World Team rankings with a 12.237 point margin over nearest rivals Costa Rica.

The top 3 placed NZL combinations in the Prix St Georges, Vanessa Way (NRM Andreas 68.75), Melissa Galloway (Windermere Johansen W 66.974) and Louise Ayres (Playmate owned by Cindy Kent 66.184) scored a total of 403.816 team points (all % added then a coefficent of 2 applied).

Costa Rica’s score compromised scores from 2 Prix St Georges and one Int I rider

NZL’s drop score was that of Alex Matheson on PSL Lingh II in Intermediate I, but a very creditable drop score of 65. 526 which has him sitting in 8th placed individually in the rankings from 29 starters

Way holds 5th place in the PSG rankings, the current leader being megan Berning and Ultimate STV from South Africa on 72.171. Galloway holds 10th place and Ayres 13th.
