Canadian grand prix dressage rider Jon Costin has died suddenly at the age of  44.

A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Freelton,  Ontario, next Tuesday.

Jon Costin (1 Mar, 1969 – 7 May 2013) is survived by his wife, Alycia, and  children Amalia, Erica, Luke and Simon.
